HY-09N Long-Chain Alkyl/Aryl Modified Silicone Oil

HY-09N is a uniquely multi-modified high-performance silicone system. It features excellent low surface tension, extremely strong lubricating and wear-resistant properties and oil solubility, is miscible with mineral oil in any proportion, and exhibits outstanding high/low temperature resistance and impact resistance. When used as a release agent, workpieces are easily demolded without damage and the mold is fully protected; it also has strong affinity for organic materials and does not affect post-processing steps such as surface printing, spraying and hot pressing. In addition, it provides excellent in-situ foam breaking and foam suppression. Non-toxic, non-corrosive and easy to emulsify, it supports dilution with alcohol solvents and produces no harmful fumes during high-temperature processing. It is a cost-effective industrial multifunctional modified silicone oil integrating release, lubrication and defoaming.
