HY-302 Organosilicone Gemini-Structure Wetting Agent
HY-302 is a highly efficient siloxane gemini-structure substrate wetting agent suitable for a variety of coating and ink systems. It combines excellent substrate wetting ability, good dynamic wetting performance and a certain foam-control effect, improving coating uniformity and reducing the risk of surface defects such as craters and pinholes. Suitable for waterborne, solventborne, solvent-free and radiation-curing systems.

Recommended Dosage
Based on the total formulation as supplied:Recommended dosage: 0.05%-1.00%
It is recommended to evaluate from 0.1%-0.5% in small-scale tests and then optimize according to the system and application requirements.
Process Recommendations
It can be added directly as supplied, or pre-diluted before adding to the formulation.
It is recommended to add it before grinding or during the let-down stage to achieve a more complete wetting effect.
After adding HY-302, check overall performance such as foam, leveling, recoatability and intercoat adhesion.
If defoamers, leveling agents or other wetting agents are also used in the system, it is recommended to determine the best combination through small-scale tests.
Recommended Order of Addition

Handling & Storage
Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoiding high temperature, moisture and prolonged exposure to air. Stir well before use. Under unopened original packaging conditions, manage storage and transportation according to enterprise standards.
