HY-512 Water-Based Epoxy Resin Fiber Sizing Agent
This product is a modified high-performance water-based epoxy resin emulsion with a self-emulsifying system design. It forms a uniform and dense protective film on the fiber surface, greatly enhancing the interfacial adhesion between fibers and resin matrices and significantly improving interfacial shear strength. It can be widely used for the sizing treatment of various chemical fibers such as carbon fiber, basalt fiber and glass fiber.

Usage & Dosage
Application Method
Compatible with conventional sizing processes such as dip coating and spraying, ensuring uniform coverage of the fiber surface
Dilution Ratio
Depending on the fiber type and processing technique, it is recommended to dilute with deionized water to the desired concentration, stir evenly, and then apply
Recommended Dosage
The recommended dry pickup is 0.8%-2.5% of the fiber weight (the specific dosage should be adjusted experimentally according to fiber fineness and target performance)
Drying Conditions
Recommended drying temperature 150℃-220℃ to ensure complete evaporation of moisture and form a complete, dense coating
